Terms & Conditions:

1. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
2. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (refund) or returned to the store (cancel).
3. The E-Voucher is valid at all Bakmi GM outlets in Indonesia, except outlets in food trucks, booths, and airports/events/bazaars.
4. A successfully redeemed E-Voucher acts as a substitute for cash payment.
5. Users are responsible for protecting and keeping the E-Voucher link and barcode confidential.
6. Customers must pay the price difference if the transaction amount exceeds the voucher value.
7. No refund will be given if the transaction amount is below the voucher value.

How to Use the E-Voucher:

1. The voucher can be redeemed directly at all Bakmi GM Stores or via 1500677 for delivery (delivery fee of Rp15,000 applies or follows restaurant policy at the time of redemption).
2. Voucher includes tax and service charges.
3. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
5. No need to print the voucher for use.
6. Voucher is valid for dine-in, take away, and delivery.

How to Order via Delivery:

1. Contact Bakmi GM Call Centre at 1500 677 or WhatsApp 0811 1500 677.
2. Provide the following details during your order:

• Voucher Code (swipe to view the voucher code)
• Delivery time
• Delivery address
• Customer’s phone number

1. For delivery orders, the shipment will be handled by Bakmi GM.
2. Delivery service fee of Rp15,000 applies.
3. The voucher link will appear automatically after the transaction.
4. Please click “Redeem Voucher” on the link only when making the payment.
