Flexagift (formerly known as PaysGift) is a digital gifting platform operated by Flexagift that enables users to purchase, send, and redeem digital gift cards and e-vouchers from various merchants and brands.

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

Definitions

  • User: Any individual or entity using the Flexagift platform or purchases vouchers.
  • Voucher / E-Voucher: A digital code or coupon purchased through Flexagift that can be redeemed for goods or services from partner merchants.
  • Merchant / Partner: Third-party brands or vendors that accept or provide vouchers distributed by Flexagift.
  • Platform: The website, application, and digital systems owned and operated by Flexagift.

Use of Services

  1. Users can purchase vouchers directly through the Flexagift platform without registering for an account.
  2. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g., recipient name, contact details, email) is accurate and complete.
  3. Flexagift reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in cases of error, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  4. The Services are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.

Voucher Terms

  1. Voucher validity periods are stated on the product page and order details.
  2. Once purchased, vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled under any circumstances.
  3. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or campaigns, unless explicitly allowed by the merchant.
  4. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be reissued or refunded.
  5. Each voucher is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective merchant.
  6. Voucher terms, conditions, and usage instructions are available on the product page and order details.
  7. Flexagift is not responsible for merchant-side issues, including product quality, stock availability, or service refusal.

Payment

  1. Payments are processed via our authorized payment gateway, supporting multiple payment methods (e.g., QRIS, virtual accounts, e-wallets, debit/credit cards).
  2. All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  3. Flexagift is not responsible for payment delays, transaction errors, or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
  4. By completing a purchase, the user confirms acceptance of the transaction and these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Flexagift platform—including logos, trademarks, designs, text, and software—are the property of Flexagift or its licensors.
Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the Platform without prior written permission from Flexagift.

User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities;
  • Resell or redistribute vouchers without authorization;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation;
  • Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes;
  • Upload malicious software or content that may compromise security.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Flexagift acts as a platform provider and, in certain cases, a seller of vouchers.
  2. Flexagift shall not be held liable for any issues arising from voucher redemption at partner merchants.
  3. Flexagift is not responsible for losses resulting from user negligence, incorrect information, or expired vouchers.
  4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexagift total liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the affected voucher.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).

Amendments

Flexagift may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website or platform with the new effective date.
Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  6. Send marketing communications, with your explicit consent, we may send you promotional offers, news, and surveys. You can opt out at any time.
