Terms & Conditions

1. The E-Voucher is valid every day, including weekends and national holidays.
2. The E-Voucher is valid at all Kawan Lama Retail stores by being clicked by the User and then scanned by the store cashier, except:

• Informa Electronic
• Warung Konco
• 88 Seoul

1. The E-Voucher is valid without a minimum transaction.
2. The E-Voucher can be combined with other vouchers in one (1) single purchase transaction.
3. The E-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. If the purchase value exceeds the E-Voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid by cash, debit, or e-wallet. If the purchase value is less than the E-Voucher value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
5. The Store/Cashier reserves the right to reject the E-Voucher if the voucher code has been previously used.
6. Any E-Voucher that has been clicked, scanned, or used outside the presence of the store cashier is entirely the User's responsibility. In such cases, the User is not entitled to request a cash refund of the E-Voucher value.
7. Kawan Lama is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User due to negligence in using, storing, or maintaining the confidentiality of the E-Voucher code.

How to Claim

1. Visit a participating Kawan Lama Retail store.
2. Click the E-Voucher when you are at the store.
3. Show the clicked E-Voucher to the cashier before making payment.
4. The cashier will scan the E-Voucher to complete the redemption.
5. If the purchase value exceeds the E-Voucher value, pay the remaining balance using cash, debit, or e-wallet.
