How to Use:
- The customer presents the E-voucher to the cashier/merchant staff during payment.
- The cashier/merchant staff taps the Issue Coupon button.
- The cashier/merchant staff enters the Voucher Code into the merchant system.
- If successful, the bill amount will be reduced according to the E-voucher value applied.
- If unsuccessful, the cashier/merchant staff will inform the customer of the reason the voucher cannot be redeemed.
- If the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the customer may pay the balance using cash/QRIS/debit card/credit card.
- A maximum of 3 vouchers can be combined in a single transaction.
