ISMAYA Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher is valid for dine-in or takeaway food and beverages at participating ISMAYA outlets and/or branches.
2. The voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be used on or before its expiry date.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
4. More than 1 (one) voucher can be used in a single transaction.
5. Any remaining or unused voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other vouchers, and will be automatically forfeited.
6. If the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the customer agrees to pay the remaining amount using other payment methods accepted at ISMAYA outlets.
7. ISMAYA is not responsible for any loss and/or damage to the voucher.
8. All issued vouchers are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
9. ISMAYA and/or its outlets reserve the right to cancel issued vouchers, close customer accounts, and/or refuse alternative payments if there is suspicion that the voucher has already been used.
10. Not valid at ISMAYA franchise outlets including Djournal Coffee at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Kitchenette Brasserie Medan, Tokyo Belly & The People’s Café Balikpapan, Pizza e Birra Makassar, and all future franchise outlets.
