JIWA+ Voucher Terms & Conditions:

1. The voucher code can be used in the JIWA+ app during the promotional period.
2. Voucher redemption can only be done through the JIWA+ app.
3. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions (including bundled products) in the JIWA+ app.
4. Using the voucher will not earn JIWA Points.
5. One (1) voucher can only be used once per transaction, and only one voucher can be used per transaction.
6. Voucher codes not used during the promotional period will expire.
7. The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
8. If the transaction amount is lower than the voucher value, the difference will not be refunded.
9. Customers must pay the difference if the transaction exceeds the voucher value using the available payment methods in the JIWA+ app.
10. Users are responsible for protecting and keeping the voucher code and link confidential.
11. The voucher is valid at all outlets listed in the JIWA+ app.
12. The voucher is valid with no minimum transaction required.
13. The voucher is valid for all payment methods.
14. The voucher is valid for Pick Up and Delivery orders.
15. JIWA+ reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or limit services temporarily or permanently for users at specific partner outlets if abuse, fraud, or suspicious activities are detected.
16. JIWA+ reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
