Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher code can be used on the JIWA+ app during the valid period.
2. Voucher redemption can only be done through the JIWA+ app.
3. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions (including bundling products) on the JIWA+ app.
4. Voucher usage will not earn JIWA Points on the JIWA+ app.
5. One (1) voucher can only be used one (1) time per transaction, and more than one (1) voucher cannot be applied in a single transaction.
6. Unused voucher codes during the valid period will be considered forfeited.
7. The voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
8. If the transaction value on JIWA+ is lower than the voucher value, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
9. Customers must pay the difference if the transaction amount exceeds the voucher value using any available payment method on the JIWA+ app.
10. Users are responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of the voucher link and code.
11. The voucher is valid at all outlets listed on the JIWA+ app.
12. The voucher is valid with no minimum transaction required.
13. The voucher is valid for all payment methods.
14. The voucher is valid for Pick Up & Delivery methods.
15. JIWA+ reserves the right to withhold or cancel promotions and/or limit services, whether temporarily or permanently, for certain users or partners at any time, including in cases of abuse, fraud, or any suspicious activity.
16. JIWA+ reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
