- Code display in the form of a screenshot or similar is considered invalid.
- Voucher can only be used 1 (one) time with no minimum transaction.
- One transaction can use more than 1 (one) voucher.
- There is no maximum limit for stacking / multiplication of eVoucher in 1 (one) transaction.
- Voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- There is no refund if the transaction is below the Voucher nominal value.
- Customers must pay the price difference if the transaction is above the Voucher nominal value.
- Customers must present the E-Voucher before making the payment transaction.
- Voucher already includes tax and service.
- E-Voucher is valid nationwide.
- Voucher is valid for dine-in/take away, not valid for online delivery.
- For the redeem process, please have it processed by the cashier. If the cashier says it is expired but the expiry date shown is still longer, you can show the displayed expiry date to the cashier.
