• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers are inclusive of tax and service charges.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Vouchers do not need to be printed; e-vouchers are sufficient.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please ensure you bring your e-voucher on the day of your visit for redemption.
• Reservation is mandatory at least H-1 (one day prior) to your visit to ensure availability and validity.

• Please pay attention to the expiry date stated on your e-voucher.
• Each ticket is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, the ticket will be considered invalid.
• Voucher validity is 60 days from the date of Exhibition & Playground ticket redemption at KiN Space.
• 1 ticket is valid for 1 child (under 13 years old) and 1 accompanying adult.
• Each admission ticket includes 2.5 hours of playtime.
• Playtime exceeding 2.5 hours (after a reminder) will incur an additional fee of IDR 100,000 and will be treated as a Full Day ticket.
• Non-slip socks are mandatory for all children.
• This admission policy applies on weekdays and weekends.
• Guests may arrive at any time during operating hours (09.00 – 20.00).

If You Are Bringing Other Guests Using Your Ticket:

• Please ensure that guest details are correctly filled in on the RSVP form prior to your visit.
• On the day of your visit, kindly bring the same guest(s) as listed on the RSVP form (to be verified at the registration desk).
• Bringing guests not listed on the RSVP form will result in invalid ticket redemption.
• If there are any changes to guest details, please contact the number stated on the e-voucher no later than 1x24 hours prior to your visit.
