Kitchenette Terms & Conditions

• The voucher is valid for dine-in or takeaway food and beverages at participating Kitchenette outlets and/or branches.
• The voucher is valid for one-time use only and must be used on or before its expiry date.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
• More than 1 (one) voucher can be used in a single transaction.
• Any remaining or unused voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other vouchers, and will be automatically forfeited.
• If the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the customer agrees to pay the remaining amount using other payment methods accepted at Kitchenette outlets.
• Kitchenette is not responsible for any loss and/or damage to the voucher.
• All issued vouchers are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Kitchenette and/or its outlets reserve the right to cancel issued vouchers, close customer accounts, and/or refuse alternative payments if there is suspicion that the voucher has already been used.
• Not valid at Kitchenette franchise outlets including Kitchenette Brasserie Medan, Djournal Coffee at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tokyo Belly & The People’s Café Balikpapan, Pizza e Birra Makassar, and all future franchise outlets.

How to Claim Kitchenette Voucher

1. Visit a participating Kitchenette outlet.
2. Select your desired food and/or beverages.
3. Inform the cashier that you will use a voucher.
4. Show the voucher code to the cashier during payment.
5. The cashier will process your voucher.
6. If the total transaction exceeds the voucher value, pay the remaining amount using other available payment methods.
7. The transaction is completed and the voucher is considered used.
