- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Not valid for promotional menu items or alcoholic beverages.
- Total bill amount must be greater than the voucher value.
- Customer presents the E-Voucher to the cashier/merchant staff at the time of payment.
- Cashier/merchant staff clicks Issue Coupon.
- Cashier/merchant staff inputs the Voucher Code into the merchant system.
- If successful, the bill amount will be discounted according to the E-Voucher value.
- If unsuccessful, the cashier/merchant staff will inform the customer of the reason the voucher cannot be redeemed.
- If the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid by cash/QRIS/debit card/credit card.
