1. The VBE value is equivalent to Indonesian Rupiah at the time of use.
2. VBE can be used for purchases at all Indomaret stores (including Indomaret Point, Plus, Fresh) and Ceriamart across Indonesia.
3. Each VBE code can only be used once in a single transaction within its validity period.
4. If the total purchase exceeds the VBE value, the difference can be paid in cash or with a debit/prepaid card.
5. If the total purchase is less than the VBE value, no refund will be given for the remaining balance.
6. VBE cannot be combined with physical vouchers in the same transaction.
7. Indomaret management is not responsible for lost or expired VBE codes.
8. If there is a network issue, please contact Indomaret Call Center at 1500-580.
9. Voucher redemption is subject to the network conditions at each store at the time of transaction.
10. The organizer is not responsible for any losses due to user negligence in securing the VBE code.
11. If the voucher is clicked or redeemed outside the cashier’s presence, it is entirely the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded or reissued.

How to Use an Indomaret E-Voucher

1. Visit the nearest Indomaret store.
2. Choose the items you want to purchase.
3. Show the digital voucher code from your app or email at the cashier.
4. The cashier will scan and process the voucher for the applicable discount.
5. Pay the remaining balance (if any) using cash or other available payment methods.
6. Transaction complete.
