• Digital Vouchers issued by the Corporate Marketing Team can be used at all Miniso stores across Indonesia, except for the following locations: Miniso Trans Studio Mall Cibubur, Ruko Jambi, Lippo Plaza Kendari, and Transmart Kota Kasablanka.
• The usage of Digital Vouchers is exactly the same as the existing Physical Vouchers. However, with Digital Vouchers, the voucher code can be directly entered into the Payment Method section on the cashier machine.
• Customers who have a Digital Voucher code and have entered it into the cashier system can immediately deduct the voucher amount from their total purchase.
• Digital Vouchers cannot be used in multiples (no stacking).
• Digital Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, especially if the remaining transaction amount is less than the voucher value.
• Before processing a transaction using a Digital Voucher, please ensure that the JPOS system can process it correctly and apply the appropriate voucher value. If there is an error (e.g., the system does not deduct the correct amount), the transaction must be immediately canceled.
• Please contact the Corporate Marketing Team (+62 813 1532 3575 / WA Bulk Order) and Miniso Indonesia Head Office through the Store Manager if there are issues with the JPOS system (as mentioned above) or if the Digital Voucher code cannot be used.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions (member promos, banking promos, etc.).

How to use a Paysgift link:

1. Click "Use Voucher" (if the voucher is received via email or WhatsApp)
2. Click "Issue Coupon" at the bottom of the page
3. The code will appear on the link and will be ready to use
4. Please use the voucher according to the description provided in the link
5. The validity period of the code is shown in the "Validity" status on the voucher link
