• Voucher is valid at all outlets.
• Minimum purchase of IDR 100,000 (before tax) is required.
• The voucher is non-redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded at the outlet.
• The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions (internal or external vouchers).
• The voucher is valid for dine-in only.
• The voucher is valid Monday–Friday only (excluding public holidays and national holidays).
• If the transaction amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid using any available payment method at the outlet.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding the link and barcode of the e-voucher.

• Ensure the voucher is used within its validity period.
• Visit any Royal Jade outlet during Monday–Friday (excluding public and national holidays).
• Present your e-voucher (link or barcode) at the cashier before payment.
• Inform the staff that you are using a Royal Jade E-Voucher.
• If your total bill exceeds the voucher value, kindly pay the remaining balance at the outlet.
