- Tokopedia Gift Cards can be redeemed via tokopedia.com/gift-card. Please ensure you are logged in beforehand.
- If more than one account is found to be created by the same user and/or using the same phone number, address, customer ID, payment identity, or transaction history, the user will not be eligible to receive any promo benefits from Tokopedia.
- Tokopedia Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions on Tokopedia.
- Tokopedia reserves the right, without prior notice, to take necessary actions (including cancellation of benefits) if fraudulent activity is suspected and causes harm to Tokopedia.
- These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of Tokopedia’s General Terms & Conditions, and may be updated at any time in accordance with applicable policies.
- Tokopedia management is not responsible for Voucher codes that are lost, already used, or expired.
- The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Open the Tokopedia app.
- Tap the search bar and type Tokopedia Gift Card.
- Select Redeem Gift Card, enter your Gift Card code, verify it, and then tap Redeem.
- Each Tokopedia user is only allowed to use one (1) Tokopedia account to participate in this promotion.
