1. Shopee Voucher can be used with no minimum purchase.

• Entertainment (Game Vouchers, Nearby Deals, Event & Entertainment Tickets)
• Donations & Financial Services (Donations, Zakat, Capital Loans)
• ShopeeFood
• All Financial Products
• Shopee Gifts
• Infant Formula Milk (0–12 months)
• Special Formula Milk for Infants with Special Needs
• Over-the-Counter Medicines
• Sub-categories of Precious Metals, Fine Jewelry, SIM Cards, and E-Money

1. Shopee Voucher is only valid for the voucher code recipient and must be used during checkout via the Shopee app.
2. Voucher can be used for transactions with Economy, Regular, or Cargo shipping methods.

Redemption Limitations

1. During the redemption period, each Shopee user is entitled to redeem the Shopee Voucher only once.
2. If Shopee detects that one user owns multiple active accounts, all transactions made through those accounts will be considered as made by a single user. Shopee reserves the right to:

• Cancel transactions
• Reclaim discounts or cashback
• Freeze accounts
• Take other actions in accordance with Shopee’s policies and applicable laws in Indonesia

How to Use Shopee Gift Voucher

1. Click “My Vouchers” in the “Me” section on the Shopee app.
2. Enter the Gift Voucher Code, then click Save.
3. Once successful, the voucher value will appear in My Vouchers.
4. The Gift Voucher is ready to be used at checkout.
