PLN is Indonesia's primary power provider, keeping the lights on and your gadgets fully charged.
- The e-Voucher consists of an electricity token number from Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), which will be automatically generated after you claim the e-Voucher.
- The e-Voucher is valid only for PREPAID customers and is not valid for Postpaid customers.
- Steps to use the PLN Electricity e-Voucher (Prepaid):
- Enter your PLN meter number.
- Click “Redeem”.
- The token number will be displayed.
- Write down the token number.
- Input the token number into your PLN electricity meter.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
- If any fraud or misuse is detected, the organizer reserves the right to suspend the redemption process, withdraw the voucher, or take necessary actions. The organizer’s decision is final and binding.
- Click the “TUKARKAN” button and enter your valid PLN ID (11 digits). Please ensure the PLN ID is entered correctly.
- Copy and write down the 20-digit code displayed on your e-voucher.
- Enter the 20-digit token code into your electricity meter at home.
- Press the “ENTER” button after the token code has been entered into your meter.
- Wait for the success notification after entering the code.
