- Valid at all Arena Group restaurants (Seribu Rasa, Penang Bistro, Greyhound Cafe, Maison Tatsuya, Menya Musashi Bukotsu).
- Valid for Dine-in and Take Away.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Not valid for promotional menu items or alcoholic beverages.
- Total transaction value must be greater than the voucher value.
How to Redeem
(Clicking ISSUE COUPON should only be done by restaurant staff/cashier)
- The customer presents the E-Voucher to the cashier/merchant staff at the time of payment.
- The cashier/merchant staff presses the Issue Coupon button.
- The cashier/merchant staff enters the voucher code into the merchant system.
- If successful, the transaction bill will be reduced according to the value of the E-Voucher used.
- If unsuccessful, the cashier/merchant staff will inform the customer why the voucher cannot be redeemed.
- If the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the customer can pay the difference using cash / QRIS / debit card / credit card.
- A maximum of 3 vouchers can be combined in a single transaction.
