How to Use a CGV Voucher via the CGV App:
- Open the CGV App and log in if you're already a member / Register if you're not a member yet.
- Select the movie, location, and showtime until you reach the SELECT SEAT page.
- On the payment menu, select the E-COUPON option.
- Tap the (+) button to register your E-Coupon code, then click APPLY.
- Voucher cannot be used at Bandara City Mall & Grand Kawanua Manado.
- Your ticket purchase using the E-Coupon is complete — Enjoy the show! ^^

- Go to the CGV website: www.cgv.id
- Click on My CGV, then log in / register if you're not a member yet.
- Select the movie, location, and showtime until you reach the SELECT SEAT page.
- In the payment menu, click on the E-COUPON field.
- Enter your E-Coupon code into the provided field.
- Click APPLY — the E-Coupon will automatically deduct from the total transaction.
- Complete the remaining payment using another method (Bank Transfer / Virtual Account / others).
