• Voucher is valid every day including Saturday - Sunday and National Public Holidays
• One voucher code can only be used 1 time
• If the transaction amount is below the voucher value, the remaining nominal cannot be refunded in cash or will be forfeited.
• Voucher value below the transaction amount can be combined with other payment methods (cash, debit card, credit card, and other applicable methods).

How to use the voucher code :

• Open the CGV Application and Login if already a member / Register if not yet a member
• Select Movie, location and showtime until SELECT SEAT
• On the payment menu choose E-COUPON
• Select (+) to register the obtained Ecoupon then click APPLY
• Voucher cannot be used at Bandara City Mall & Grand Kawanua Manado
• Ticket purchase using E-Coupon is complete, Enjoy The Show!^^

CGV Website Journey Voucher Value:

• Open the CGV website www.cgv.id
• Select My CGV then log in/register if not yet a member
• Select movie, location, and showtime until SELECT SEAT
• On the payment menu click the E-COUPON column
• Enter the received E-COUPON code in the available column
• Click APPLY, E-COUPON will automatically deduct the total transaction
• Complete the remaining payment by choosing another payment method (Bank Transfer/VA/other)
• Ticket purchase using e-coupon is complete, enjoy the show!
• Voucher cannot be used at Bandara City Mall & Grand Kawanua Manado

1. Visit the desired CGV offline store.
2. Please go to the Counter Box Office to purchase tickets.
3. Select the desired movie and showtime.
4. Prepare the Voucher to be used and ensure the redeem button is pressed by the cashier during payment.
