• Each admission ticket includes 2.5 hours of playtime.
• Playtime exceeding 2.5 hours (after notification) will be charged Rp100,000 and counted as a Full Day ticket.
• Rubber socks are mandatory for all children.
• This admission policy applies on both weekdays and weekends.
• Guests may arrive anytime during operating hours (09:00 – 20:00).

If You Are Bringing Other People Using Your Tickets:

• Make sure your guest details have been filled in the RSVP form prior to your visit.
• Please bring the same guests as listed in the RSVP form (will be verified by the KIN Space team at the registration desk).
• Bringing guests who are not registered in the RSVP form will render the ticket redemption invalid.
• If there are any changes to your guest list details, please contact the designated number shown on your Paysgift e-voucher to inform us of the changes (no later than 1 x 24 hours prior to your visit).
