• Valid at all Arena Group restaurants (Seribu Rasa, Penang Bistro, Greyhound Cafe, Maison Tatsuya, Menya Musashi Bukotsu).
• Applicable for Dine-in and Take Away.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Not valid for promotional menu items or alcoholic beverages.
• Total bill amount must be greater than the voucher value.

1. Customer presents the E-Voucher to the cashier/merchant staff at the time of payment.
2. Cashier/merchant staff clicks Issue Coupon.
3. Cashier/merchant staff inputs the Voucher Code into the merchant system.
4. If successful, the bill amount will be discounted according to the E-Voucher value.
5. If unsuccessful, the cashier/merchant staff will inform the customer of the reason the voucher cannot be redeemed.
6. If the total purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid by cash/QRIS/debit card/credit card.
7. A maximum of 3 vouchers can be combined in a single transaction.
