  – All Financial Products

  – Shopee Gifts

  – Infant Formula (0–12 months)

  – Special Milk: Special Infant Formula for Special Needs

  – Over-the-Counter Medicines

  – Subcategories of Precious Metals, Fine Jewelry, Starter Packs, and E-Money.

• Shopee Vouchers are valid only for the assigned recipient at checkout via the Shopee app.

• Vouchers can be used for transactions with Economy, Regular, or Cargo shipping.

• During the redemption period, each Shopee user is entitled to only one Shopee Voucher redemption.

• If Shopee detects that one user has multiple active accounts, all transactions from those accounts will be treated as being made by the same user. Shopee reserves the right to:

  – Cancel transactions

  – Revoke discounts or cashback

  – Freeze accounts

  – Take other actions in accordance with Shopee Policies and Indonesian law.

• Issuance and use of Shopee Vouchers are subject to Shopee Policies. Shopee reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.

How to Use a Shopee Gift Voucher

1. Tap “My Vouchers” on the My Page section in the Shopee app.
2. Enter the Gift Voucher Code, then tap Save.
3. If successful, the voucher amount will appear in My Vouchers.
4. Your Gift Voucher is now ready to use.
