- Touch ‘n Go e-Voucher will not be replaced/reimbursed if lost, stolen or expired.
- Touch ‘n Go are not responsible for Touch ‘n Go e-Voucher that has been redeemed or misused by anyone other than the intended recipient.

- Each user is only able to reload up to a maximum of RM8,000 via Reload PINs, each calendar month.
Step 1: Receive e-Voucher URLs via Email. Please click ‘View Voucher’ to see coupon.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom to click ‘ISSUE COUPON’
Step 3: Copy “PIN”
Step 4: Click “+ Add Money” Button
Step 5: Click “Spend”
Step 6: Click “Reload Pin”
Step 7: Paste Pin, and Click Reload Now
Step 8: Choose if the reload pin is transferable or non-transferable, then click Continue
