- Customers can come anytime during KiN operational hours at 09.00 – 20.00 WIB.
- Customers will get 5 playground & exhibition tickets for 5 children and 5 adults and it is valid for only 1x arrival.
- Voucher is valid for 1x arrival including 2.5 hours of playing time.
- Playing time exceeding 2.5 hours (after being reminded) will be charged Rp100,000 and will be counted as a Full Day ticket.
- Shoes/sandals are not allowed in the exhibition and playground area.
- All customers must wear anti-slip socks when entering the exhibition and playground area.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibition and playground area.
- Children must always be accompanied by a companion when in the exhibition and playground area.
- Ticket wristbands cannot be exchanged once inside the exhibition and playground area.
- Weekend applies on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.
- Weekday applies from Monday to Friday, except national holidays.
- Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
