Voucher Terms & Conditions

• The voucher can be used to purchase special fuel products: Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, and Pertamina Dex.
• The voucher is valid only at COCO gas stations (stations where the second digit is 1 / X1).
• The list of COCO stations in Indonesia can be found on the Pertamina Retail website.
• The voucher is not valid for discounted or promotional products.
• The voucher can only be used for one (1) transaction.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for change if the transaction value is lower than the voucher value.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid using available payment methods.
• Customers will receive one payment receipt.

1. Visit a participating Pertamina COCO gas station (station code with second digit 1 or X/1).
2. Inform the staff that you would like to use a fuel e-Voucher before making payment.
3. Purchase eligible fuel products: Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, or Pertamina Dex.
4. Present your e-Voucher to the cashier for redemption.
5. If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, kindly pay the remaining balance using the available payment methods.
6. Collect your payment receipt after the transaction is completed.
