1. GrabGifts voucher codes can be used by both new and existing users.
2. For GrabFood, the voucher only covers food costs (delivery fee not included) and no minimum purchase is required.
3. Purchased GrabGifts voucher codes cannot be returned or exchanged. Expired vouchers cannot be replaced with new ones.
4. GrabGifts voucher codes are valid for one (1) transaction only. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and will not be refunded to your OVO account.

1. Open the Grab app.
2. Select your preferred service (Food / Ride / Car / Mart / Express).
3. Enter the destination and pickup address.
4. Tap the “Promo” / “Offers” menu.
5. Select “Use GrabGifts Code”.
6. Enter the voucher code and tap Enter.
