GrabGifts Voucher Terms & Conditions
- The GrabGifts voucher code can be used by both new and existing users.
- The Grab service available for the GrabFood voucher code covers food costs only (excluding delivery fees) and has no minimum purchase requirement.
- Purchased GrabGifts voucher codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If the voucher code has expired, it cannot be replaced with a new one.
- Each GrabGifts voucher code is valid for one trip only. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded to your OVO account.

- The GrabMart service is not included in this voucher usage.
How to Redeem Your Grab Voucher Code
- Open the Grab application.
- Select your preferred service (Food / Ride / Car / Express).
- Enter your pick-up and destination addresses.
- Tap on the “Promo” or “Offers” menu.
- Select “Use GrabGifts Code”.
- Enter the voucher code, then press Enter.
