1. GrabGifts voucher codes can be used by both new and existing users.
2. The voucher is valid for GrabFood services only and covers food costs only (delivery fees are excluded), with no minimum purchase.
3. Purchased GrabGifts voucher codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Expired vouchers cannot be replaced with new codes.
4. Each GrabGifts voucher code is valid for one (1) transaction only. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded to the OVO account.

How to Redeem Your Grab Voucher Code

1. Open the Grab application.
2. Select your preferred service (Food / Ride / Car / Express).
3. Enter your pick-up and destination addresses.
4. Tap on the “Promo” or “Offers” menu.
5. Select “Use GrabGifts Code”.
6. Enter the voucher code, then press Enter.
