Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher can be used to purchase special fuel products (Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, and Pertamina Dex).
2. The voucher is valid only at COCO gas stations (stations where the second digit of the station number is 1 / X1).

4. The voucher cannot be used for products with discounts or other promotions.
5. The voucher is valid for one-time use only.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. No change will be given if the transaction value is lower than the voucher nominal value.
8. If the transaction value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be paid using the available payment methods.
9. Customers will receive one payment receipt.

1. Visit a participating Pertamina COCO gas station (station code with second digit 1 or X/1).
2. Inform the staff that you would like to use a fuel e-Voucher before making payment.
3. Purchase eligible fuel products: Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, or Pertamina Dex.
4. Present your e-Voucher to the cashier for redemption.
5. If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, kindly pay the remaining balance using the available payment methods.
6. Collect your payment receipt after the transaction is completed.
