Terms & Conditions

1. The voucher code can be used on the JIWA+ app during the valid period.
2. Voucher redemption can only be done through the JIWA+ app.
3. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions (including bundling products) on the JIWA+ app.
4. Voucher usage will not earn JIWA Points.
5. Each voucher can only be used once per transaction and only one voucher may be used per transaction.
6. Unused vouchers after the valid period will be forfeited.
7. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
8. If the transaction value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.
9. If the transaction value exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference using available payment methods on the JIWA+ app.
10. Users are responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the voucher link and code.
11. The voucher is valid at all outlets listed on the JIWA+ app.
12. The voucher is valid with no minimum transaction.
13. The voucher is valid for all payment methods.
14. The voucher is valid for Pick Up & Delivery methods.
15. JIWA+ reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promo and/or limit services to users at any time if misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected.
16. JIWA+ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

1. Ensure the voucher is still within its validity period.
2. Open the JIWA+ app and log in to your account.
3. Select your preferred outlet and products (Janji Jiwa, Jiwa Tea, Burger Geber, or Kopi Sejuta Jiwa).
4. Enter the voucher code on the payment page in the JIWA+ app.
5. Make sure the transaction complies with the terms (1 voucher per transaction).
6. If the transaction amount exceeds the voucher value, pay the remaining balance using the available payment methods.
7. Complete the transaction and enjoy your order via Pick Up or Delivery.
