GrabFood Voucher Terms & Conditions
- GrabFood voucher codes can be used by both new and existing users.
- The GrabFood voucher applies only to food costs (excluding delivery fees) and has no minimum purchase requirement.
- Purchased GrabFood voucher codes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- If the voucher code has expired, it cannot be replaced with a new one.
- Each GrabFood voucher code is valid for one-time use only.
- Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded to your OVO account.

How to Redeem Your Grab Voucher Code
- Open the Grab app.
- Select your preferred service (Food / Ride / Car / Express).
- Enter your pickup location and destination address.
- Tap on the “Promo” or “Offers” menu.
- Choose “Use GrabGifts Code”.
- Enter the voucher code and press Enter to apply it.
