• The voucher can be redeemed online via the Kopi Kenangan app by entering the voucher code, or directly at the cashier by showing the written voucher code.
• Once a voucher code has been claimed via the Kopi Kenangan app, the transaction must be completed through the app.
• If a voucher code has been used or attempted to be redeemed via the app, it will immediately be considered claimed and can no longer be used on any other account or transaction.
• Each voucher is valid for one (1) transaction per unique code.
• The voucher is not valid for purchasing products listed under the custom merchandise page.
• No minimum purchase is required to use the voucher.
• The voucher cannot be combined with combo packages, additional toppings, or other promotional menus.
• Kenangan Points will not be awarded for payments made using vouchers.
• The voucher is valid every day, including national holidays.

How to Use a Voucher for Delivery via the Kopi Kenangan App

1. Open the Kopi Kenangan app.
2. Select the “Delivery” feature, then click on “Promo”.
3. Enter your unique voucher code in the designated field.
4. Click the “Apply” button.
5. Your voucher is now ready to use in the app.
6. Choose a menu item that matches the voucher type.
7. Make sure the voucher is selected during checkout.
8. Click “Pay” to complete the transaction.
9. Wait for your order to be processed, picked up, and delivered by the driver.
10. Your order has arrived — enjoy!
