- If a code has already been attempted to be used via the Kopi Kenangan app, it will be considered claimed and will no longer be valid
- The voucher is valid at all Kopi Kenangan outlets, except Cloud Kitchens and Booths (Event locations)
- Each voucher is valid for one transaction / one unique code only
- No minimum purchase required to use the voucher
- Voucher cannot be combined with combo packages or other promotional menu items
- Payments made with vouchers will not earn Kenangan Points
- Voucher is valid every day, including public holidays
- Voucher includes tax and service charges
- If the transaction total is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be forfeited
- If the transaction total exceeds the voucher value, the remaining amount can be paid using any payment method available in the Kopi Kenangan app
- Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (refund) or returned to the store (cancellation)
- This voucher can only be used in the Kopi Kenangan app by entering the voucher code provided
- Open the Kopi Kenangan app
- Tap on the "VIP" section
- Select "Voucher"
- Enter the voucher code, then tap "Claim" or press Enter
