How to Use Kafe Betawi Voucher Code

1. The voucher code link (“LINK”) will appear after completing the transaction or will be sent via email.
2. Click the link (or copy and paste it into your browser) to open the mobile voucher page.
3. Click “Issue Coupon” at the bottom of the mobile voucher page.
4. The voucher code and barcode will appear after clicking “Issue Coupon.”
5. Show the voucher code or barcode to the cashier at any Kafe Betawi outlet to redeem your voucher.
6. The voucher code can only be used once.
7. The voucher is valid according to the validity date stated.
8. Unused vouchers after the redemption period will be considered void.
9. The voucher is valid every day, including public holidays.
10. The voucher price includes tax and service charges.
11. If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the balance can be paid using any available payment method at the outlet.
12. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (refund) or returned to the store (cancelled).
13. The user is responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of the e-voucher link and barcode.
