- Codes displayed as screenshots or similar formats are considered invalid.
- The voucher can only be used once with no minimum transaction.
- More than one voucher can be used in a single transaction.
- There is no maximum limit for combining/multiplying e-vouchers in one transaction.
- The voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
- No refund will be given if the transaction value is less than the voucher’s nominal value.
- Customers must pay the difference if the transaction exceeds the voucher value.
- Customers must present the E-Voucher before making payment.
- The voucher includes tax and service charges.
E-Voucher Terms & Conditions
- The E-Voucher is valid nationwide.
- The voucher is valid for Dine-in and Takeaway, not valid for online delivery.
- Redemption must be processed by the cashier. If the cashier says the voucher has expired but it still shows valid, please show the validity display to the cashier.
