Terms and Conditions of Voucher Use

1. Displaying the code in the form of a screenshot or similar image is not valid.
2. The voucher can only be used once and has no minimum purchase requirement.
3. Customers may use more than one voucher in a single transaction.
4. There is no maximum limit on the accumulation or combination of e-Vouchers in one transaction.
5. The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
6. No refund will be given if the transaction value is less than the voucher’s nominal value.
7. Customers are required to pay the difference if the transaction exceeds the voucher’s value.
8. Customers must present the e-Voucher before making payment.
9. The voucher includes tax and service charges.

1. The E-Voucher is valid nationwide.
2. The voucher can be used for dine-in or take-away, but is not valid for online delivery orders.
3. The redemption process must be carried out by the cashier.
4. If the cashier states that the voucher has expired, but the displayed expiration date is still valid, please show the expiration screen to the cashier.
